SXL was founded by myself (Julie) and my partner Paul, working from small premises built at the family home. Paul has nineteen years in the outside catering industry. The company caters for a wide range of companies and organizations as well as private individuals. SXL can provide you with food for any occasion from a training/business meeting, annual company party to product launch support.
SXL are flexible with a wide range of equipment, everything from the hog roast down to cutlery, tablecloths. We can provide simple buffets or come to your site to Bbq or cook on the Hog Roasts. NEW FOR 2008 PAELLA USING AUTHENTIC SPANISH RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS.
We excel at informal weddings. That is the time when we can really shine. Our last wedding we greeted the guests with champagne and fresh home made canapés, gave them a four course meal, followed by our chocolate fountain as they danced and rounded off with bacon butties cooked on the 20kw barbeque unit at midnight.
SXL is committed to providing individually tailored catering for your event. If you have an idea and it’s not listed, or need advice call us, Paul especially will happily experiment and loves new ideas. (The only problem may be that you need to allow plenty of time for chats as he can talk for England)
