Extra Stuff

We have catered in many venues in and around Cumbria, if you need some ideas.

Village Halls

If you are looking for something local we have worked in many halls and can give you an idea of their quality, location and such things as parking.

Bar Services

We can provide and staff either a paying or free bar. We have links with a local wine merchant who would be happy to discuss your requirements at a reasonable cost, often on a sale or return basis.
We can arrange for draught beers or lagers, there are some wonderful local breweries.

Favours

Chocolate Favours are always popular; we have contacts with a local firm making handmade chocolates to die for.

Cooking Courses: Adult Education Carlisle
Trinity School Tel; 01228 403555

Paul and I have been going back to school. Paul literally as he attended Trinity. Rather than run an expensive school for experienced cooks we wanted work with the local community. To this end we took ourselves off to gain our first teaching certificate and began last year with Cooking on a Shoestring (now basic cooking). We enjoyed the experience so much that we are now running several courses over this winter and next spring.
